Situation: I bought a digital camera, on the same day I was presented with another one. Went to change. Sent, referring to the list: ozpp.ru/laws2/postan/post50.html. In the end, everything went well, but only because, according to the seller, they went to meet me.
Legally savvy habrousers, advise, out of service, how to get around this list? Am I really helpless in this situation?

Conclusion: if the camera is fully functional (of good quality), then you cannot hand it over.

In a new camera, a defect is difficult to find. Kill the firmware - the examination will show that the problem is in the software and nothing will change for you.
I recommend just to come and say, they say the camera is new, they didn’t even open it, I would like to exchange it for something else a little more expensive. As a rule, shops go to the meeting.
