Any task can be:
a) divided into subtasks
b) if the subtask execution time is not clear or understandable, but exceeds 2-3 days - see point "A"
c) exception: tasks when nothing is clear at all (mastering a new technology, new api, etc.) - then this is how the "research" task should be set, with the duration determined subjectively.
+ There is no point in pre-planning.
We detail the tasks for the planned sprint (~5 days) to the nearest hour.
Tasks for the sprint after it - to the nearest day.
Later tasks - up to weeks.
PS There was a good report by Aksyonov, not entirely about it, but close: biqle.com/watch/2406506_152600625 I highly recommend it.

@iv_k

split into subtasks lasting no more than 1 day and multiply the total period by pi =)
