How to etch metal when making a stamp?

I want to make a stamp like this -

The length of the "blade" (or "pressed", or something) should be at least 1 mm. It is better to poison from a bolt (on its head), but there is also a small copper cooler.
Where on the copper cooler or bolt? I think to poison by electrolysis, well, here - www.youtube.com/watch?v=5xcxArOv9XM, maybe something else to sprinkle with salt and vinegar?
Maybe by etching, is there a better way?

electrolysis - will not suit you, the height of the picture is minimal, barely perceptible to the touch.
etching with ferric chloride - will allow you to etch the depth you need.
even deeper only CNC engraving.
