How to estimate the power consumption of computer components?
Good afternoon!
Is there a program that can estimate the power consumption of PC components and how much room is there for an upgrade? I did not find this in AIDA64.
For example, can I add another hard drive so that it has enough power.

each component has its own consumption, look at the brand on the manufacturer's website how many watts the processor, motherboard, RAM, video card has ... hdd - there will be no ready-made anywhere
The main consumers of a PC are the CPU and the video card, the rest in relation to them is usually an error. HDD usually up to 10W - even for a 300W PSU - it's more a problem with the connectors than with the allowable power
CoolerMaster Calculator (any brands, calculation by component type)
Most power supplies are not logically connected to the computer (they just supply power and that’s it), so it’s impossible to programmatically find out how much the components consume from it. Accordingly, the main way is to indirectly calculate it yourself on a piece of paper, based on the data
can i add another hard drivemost likely yes, they consume little (relative to the processor or the video card there).
