I can't cope with the Russian name of the OU:
$ObjSearch.SearchRoot = "LDAP://OU="Отдел...
Error "unexpected token.."
How to enter the Cyrillic OU into the query?

show the entire line $ObjSearch.SearchRoot = "LDAP://OU="Department as it is in your script.
and the full text of the error.
