How to ensure the acceptance of payments in an online store without an individual entrepreneur / legal entity?

A friend had an idea to open an online store. Everything except accepting payments is quite clear. Firstly, I don’t want to register an IP at first, because it’s completely unclear whether the project will “take off” or not.
But I want to be able to accept payments by cards / poison / WM. Which provider can provide this?
