Windows:

• Zoom Control Panel in Figma: Ctrl + Alt + =
  
• Zoom Out: Ctrl + Alt + -
  
• Set Default: Ctrl + Alt + 0
  

macOS:

• Zoom Control Panel in Figma: Option - Command - =
  
• Make Smaller: Option - Command - -
  
• Set Default: Option - Command - 0
