How to encrypt the communication of wireless keyboards?

Hey!
I bought a Dell keyboard and mouse kit, but since I suffer from paranoia, I wanted to know how safe it is to use such kits?

I heard that Logitech AES encrypts with 128 bits, but I didn’t have any disks with software in the kit.

Encryption is at the level of iron, without any disks. It either exists or it doesn't.
Is the signal encrypted in the wireless keyboard?

It is encrypted at the hardware level, no disks are needed, of course.
Only it is ciphered disgustingly.
