How to enable Windows Server 2008 Task Scheduler logging?

I got a job at a new place of work, I didn’t understand how it spins and spins. Essence following after the next execution the Scheduler ceased to do log records, the new identical task was created, but records did not appear. There is no "Enable Logging" button in the Actions window. how to be?

Isn't it in Event Viewer -> Applications and Services Logs -> Microsoft -> Windows -> TaskSheduler ?
there you will see a list of tasks and their current status. If you are interested in details, then Event Viewer -> Windows Logs -> System. Look for your event there. You can set up a filter to make it easier to parse events.
