How to enable Web Inspector in Safari on iPhone Simulator in xCode?

In macOS majave in Virtual Box I run the iPhone simulator and Safari is already on it.
I can't find how to enable the Web Inspector.
Is it possible?
It worked in online simulators, but not here.

Launch the phone in the simulator, open the site on the phone, then open the desktop Safari and in the "Development" section, look for the active device and select the desired site for inspection
