How to enable turbo boost on a laptop?

Hello. Here I replaced the old Pentium processor with i5 with Turbo Boost and virtualization support in my Acer Aspire laptop. I couldn't find an enable option in the bios. Tell me how to enable Turbo Boost and will a BIOS update help find this setting? Thank you.

Resetting bios settings to default helped.
