How to enable tooltips in sublime text 3?

Hello. My problem is that tooltips are only shown if I press Ctrl + space. On the next line, the hints disappear. Maybe in the view menu you can somehow turn them on?

You can install either the All autocomplete plugin, but it even tries to autocomplete the text, and this interferes with time. or set autocomplete only for the language in which you are going to code
