How to enable TLS on Postfix?

Hello. Help to understand why TLS does not work in Postfix. Trying to test with PHP mail(). The message arrives in GMail but not encrypted, as indicated by the red padlock. Set it up according to this manual . Thanks in advance. main.cf

smtp_tls_security_level = may to main.cf
and
-o smtpd_tls_security_level=may
to master.cf for smtp (very first service)
