How to enable super-duper-smooth scrolling in browsers, the same as in Internet Explorer?
Internet Explorer has one surprising advantage. It's very smooth pixel-by-pixel scrolling. Especially noticeable when scrolling with the touchpad. Even on a 60 hertz screen it's a delight for the eyes, but on a 144 hertz screen it's generally divine.
So, for some reason, neither Chrome, nor Firefox, nor even Microsoft Edge have such smoothness.
Is it possible to make Firefox or Chrome work the same way?
