How to enable SIP back?

I have a macbook pro 2011, I decided to install mac os catalina using catalina patcher, he asked me to turn off sip, turned it off in recovery mode and installed the axis, but when I try to enter recovery mode again to turn sip back on, I am greeted with a white screen and that's it.
The rest of the combinations work, only cmd+R doesn't want to.
If I can't fix this error, than I risk being left without sip, can I just score?
I don’t go to the left sites, I download software on rutracker)

try restart from terminal:

sudo nvram "recovery-boot-mode=unused"
sudo reboot

if possible, then to Recovery Mode to return to normal mode:
nvram -d recovery-boot-mode
if the same, try resetting NVRAM and / or SMC
