I super do not understand the logic of cms bitrix.
How to enable select properties for an element? Those. I want to create in advance all the necessary properties with the necessary values ​​​​in the infoblock, after which when I create an element, all these properties come out as a list and I just want to choose which will and which will not, so as not to prescribe each property for the element.
Those. I assume that this is some kind of custom property

. Example:
There is Infoblock Types->Objects->Flowers in Flowers create some kind of property in which to set all the values.
After that, we create an element and simply choose which property will be or not.
Or is it done somehow differently?
