How to enable RemoteFX in a Windows 7 guest on a Windows 10 Pro host with Hyper-V?

I have Windows 10 Pro with Hyper-V enabled, Radeon installed, added in Hyper-V settings. Hyper-
V has Windows 7 Enterprise added, remote access is enabled there. Connecting from a Windows 10 host (locally) via RDP, from other machines over the network - happens without problems.
After adding RemoteFX 3D on a virtual machine, the RDP connection fails with the error "The remote session was disconnected because there were network problems during the licensing protocol"
At the same time, the solutions that are offered in such a case are Win2k8 and so on as hosts. Is it possible to run a similar config, if so - where to dig?
