How to enable RDP8.0 on Windows Server 2008 R2?
With the KB2592687 update, Microsoft has included the client and server parts of RDP8.0 on Windows 7 Pro, i.e. it became possible to connect to this system via the RDP8.0 protocol. On Windows Server 2008 R2, the same update includes only the client part of RDP8.0, and it is only possible to connect to the server itself via RDP7.1. Is it possible to force the back end in Windows Server 2008 R2? Because this system suits everyone and I would not want to switch to Windows Server 2012 only RDP8.0.
