How to enable PoE OUT on Mikrotik 951G-2HnD?

There is a Mikrotik 951G-2HnD router, firmware 6.43.7. WAN is set to Ether1. Mikrotik 24V power supply.
There is a Mikrotik wAP access point with a complete passive PoE injector.
According to the manual in Mikrotik 951G-2HnD, the Ether1 port is PoE input, Ether5 is PoE output.
I want to power the Mikrotik 951G-2HnD using a passive injector, and the access point itself from the Ether5 port of the Mikrotik 951G-2HnD router.

The access point is not receiving power. I read that the PoE output needs to be enabled (although according to the manual it should be in Default: auto-on mode). In the current firmware, I can’t find where it turns on ... Commands in the terminal about POE also do not work ...
