How to enable noVNC?

Hello,
please tell me how to set up a server on proxmox to make noVNC work.
When the console button is pressed, the novnc loading window appears and then nothing happens
, the console works only through mozilla, and then I choose VNC and set myself java on linux mint.
Please help if anyone has come across this problem.
