How to enable notifications for the administrator about activity on the 1C-Bitrix forum?

Nowhere can I find information on how to set up an email notification for the administrator about any activity on the 1C-Bitrix forum.
You have to go to the forum and see for yourself whether there are updates, otherwise you would receive a letter about a new comment or about a topic created on the forum.

See if you have mail events and forum templates in your system. Most likely they are either not there or they are deactivated.
