Bitrix import from 1s. The section from 1s is imported in a hierarchy other than the specified one. Causes?

Good afternoon.
The client in 1s has a hierarchy of sections, for example:
Catalog
1. TVs
1_1. LG
1_2. Samsung
2. Phones
2_1. iPhone
2_2. Xiaomi
In the settings, it is worth not changing the structure when importing, that is, it should come to the site the same, but in the end another one comes. Phones go to TVs. Has anyone experienced something similar?

1_1. LG
1_2. Samsung
1_3. Phones
1_3_1. iPhone
1_3_2. Xiaomi
