How to enable multicursor?

The multicursor stopped working (when you can produce many cursors for simultaneous editing).
Was previously activated by pressing the ctrl key and clicking the mouse
. Now it does not work.

Apparently updated and cut off the feature .. Tell me how to return the setting to ctrl + mouse or another plugin.

I don't have a multi-cursor plugin, but it's a standard feature. Activated in settings.
You need to check the box next to Multi Cursor On Click
