How to enable ["HTTP_X_REAL_IP"] in nginx config?

Prompt on setting up, created two directories on the server, General and for the user.
I want to configure Two ip addresses, one for the user, the second for the administrator.
PS :
There are two ip addresses on the server,
if the HOST field contains One ip - we go to the user directory,
if the other one - we go to the admin panel.
Variable ["SERVER_ADDR"] - Contains the address to whom the remote PC is accessing, how can I now use it to address to a specific directory with the site?
