How to enable GPS on Windows tablet?

There is a tablet with Windows 10 and with the Huawei ME936 LTE + GNSS module installed :

In Device Manager, it is visible like this:

Windows itself finds and installs the driver for it. But at the same time, GPS does not work, and when GnssDataInterface is launched, it is determined but hangs in the Initializing status ...
I tried to install the Huawei driver from this discussion , but then even Initializing ... does not happen.
Accordingly, the same Yandex.maps as an application work only on wi-fi spots and do not determine the location outside the city.
