How to enable English layout in Hetzner console?

There is a VPS with Debian on Hetzner. Is it possible to enable English layout in Hetzner console?

The default is the German layout. Although I am not connected to the OS from where I am connecting, nor to the OS on the VPS there is a German layout.

connect normally, via SSH (with the same putty), and not via a browser...
