How to enable/disable scripts in extension chrome from popup?

Good afternoon! I threw a small extension for the Chrome browser in order to simplify some work, everything works! But how can I organize the inclusion / deactivation of the script from the popup of my application for a specific tab / site, or even turn it off. Thanks in advance!
