How to enable developer mode if child mode is set?

Created an account for the child.
I did a factory reset on my samsung.
Initialized again from a phone with a child account.
I'm trying to enable developer mode.
Writes not enough rights.
I can't find how to do it.
In Family Link, I don’t see anything of this type to log in as a parent.

just figured it out. on the child's screen in the family link scroll down to the name of the device. there are settings - tap them and there you will already find the "developer mode". also there you can enable the installation of applications from unknown sources, you never know which apk you need to install.
