How to enable decorators in reactjs mobx?

Decided to use mobx instead of redux, swears at @observer:

Support for the experimental syntax 'decorators-legacy' isn't currently enabled

Yesterday I spent 6 hours using different bundles of libraries and tutorials. Working without decorators in mobx is not very convenient, and the manuals are all with decorators. How to fix this error?
