How to enable Codelens in Visual Studio 2015 Community?

One computer has Visual Studio 2015 Community Update 3 + SSDT installed. And the Codelens option has been working successfully for a long time. But recently I had to reinstall the system on one laptop. And there some kind of setup was waiting for me: Codelens is not in the settings item at all, even with Visual Studio 2015 Community Update 3 + SSDT installed. I specifically installed the 2015 version because of Codelens. And now he's gone. You can of course use VSCode with Codelens. But I need VS2015.
