How to solve VS Unity error - Assembly-CSharp is incompatible?

Greetings. I created a project on unity, added a c# script, opened it in visualstudio and got an error that the application on which this type of projects is based was not found.

The path in the unit to the studio indicated. Extensions in the studio are also worth it. What could be the problem and how to solve it?

I don't know how it works, but after I reloaded the project twice, everything magically fixed itself.
Who will have the same problem: RMB on Assembly-CSharp then "Reload project" should help.
