How to enable browser kiosk mode on Android or iOS tablet?

For the desktop version, I know how. But how to do it for an Android or iOS tablet?
Preferably Google Chrome, as it's the only one that has an additional --kiosk-printing option, which is very necessary to print without user confirmation.

Stock Android doesn't have kiosk mode.
