How to enable Bootstrap modular grid in photoshop cs6?

I have Photoshop cs6 and I needed the Bootsrap modular grid. I downloaded the plugin, but I can’t pull up the same grid on the layout. The grid itself is drawn in a separate document. and I don't understand why. I met a video where I show how you can automatically set up this grid in Photoshop through view-> new grid layout, but there is no such item in cs6 Photoshop. Tell me how to be?
