How to enable Behavior, Content reports in Google Analytics?

Previously, Google Analytics had a "Behavior" report (Behavior), where you could see data on the behavior (refusals, exits, etc.) of users on any pages, devices, with any content.

I can't find this report right now.

Was it turned off at all? Or did the admin hide it somehow? How to turn it on?
