How to enable 3D support in Photoshop cc?

Maybe someone came across, after the update, the 3d module stops working, how can I turn it on? I looked at the forums, the answer is one and it is not relevant "stripped down assembly, solved by reinstallation". I have everything installed through the cloud, there is no choice and it is unlikely that the assembly is truncated, all the same license. 3d works everywhere except photoshop. If you drag objects from illustrator to photoshop, then something opens, but this is not a full-fledged panel. There is a 3D module, maybe it's in the hardware, namely in the video card? Still ancient and little memory, but in general it is enough.
