How to emulate on phone using Android Studio?

Good afternoon!
Installed Android Studio for development. There were problems with launching programs on the phone. The emulators work fine, but when I connect the phone to the USB cable, when compiling the program, it says: "No USB devices or running emulators detected"
100% I can say that I installed the Google USB Driver
100% I can say that I have developer and debug mode on the phone when connecting USB
Then why does the computer see the phone, can I even drag and drop files, but Android Studio does not see it?
Restarting the computer didn't help.
I ask for help, otherwise I can’t continue to learn the Android language at all :(

no android language. There is a Java language and an Android platform.
