How to embed video and audio from a Yandex disk or mail.ru cloud on a website?

Expensive for all times of the day. I have a website on WP, I also have mp3 and video files saved in the cloud storages of Yandex and mail.ru. Is there any way to make these files play on the site. What do I need to do? Maybe there is some player or plugin through which it will be possible to implement viewing on the site?

Pull out the direct link to the file after sharing. But do not rejoice, with frequent accesses the link will be banned. It is easier to upload a video to the site and broadcast from there.
