How to embed an advertising ID in an Android app?

Today I saw a new message in the developer console with the following text:
"As of August 1, 2014, as of August 1, 2014, all new app downloads and updates must use an advertising ID instead of persistent IDs in the Google Play App Developer Program" .".
I have several apps with ads from AdMob and WapStart. What needs to be added to the code to make the application comply with the new rules?

I answer late, I don’t know if it’s relevant .. But nevertheless: for admob advertising - it is necessary that the current version of the SDK is integrated (on Play services), for WapStart - you need to directly ask them if their SDK complies with Google policies?
