I can make websites on Bootstrap, but now I have the following task:
I need to attach WordPress to the site so that the customer can post their products there, how is this done?

The only thing spinning in my head is that you probably need to be able to work with a database (MySQL) and you need to be able to write a site so that it somehow generates blocks with a product when they want to add a new product ...

I'm afraid you have no idea how ambitious this is. It is unrealistic to make your own ecommerce theme under WordPress/WooCommerce normal for a person who "knows how to make websites on bootstrap". My advice to you is to tell the client that you are not doing this and transfer the task along with your bootstrap layout to an adequate developer. Otherwise, you will miss the project, and the client will be very angry.

To integrate shop features into WP, one usually uses the WooCommerce plugin .

wp was just created so that you, without having special knowledge of the database and php, could add, delete, manage content. to pull the template you need to know the wp structure (which file is responsible for what) and transferring is not a tricky thing. again, if this is an online store, then it’s better to take not wp, but more tailored for this cms, and if it’s a directory, then you can do everything with standard wp tools
