How to eliminate the whistle of the bluetooth module (OVC3860)?

Bluetooth module OVC3860 (ver. 3.0) whistles when listening through the amplifier. If you connect headphones to the output, then the whistle practically disappears, barely audible interference / hiss remains. When the power is turned on, the module power-on signal plays, at this time no interference is heard, there is no whistle in the standby mode either. As soon as the music starts to play, a whistle is added, louder than the music itself. Tell me what can be done?

Headphones - low-impedance load (less than 100 ohms). Amplifier - high-resistance (above 1 kOhm up to 1 MΩ).
Try putting 56 ohm resistors between the amplifier inputs and the common wire.
In general, interference can be caused by poor power supply or poor-quality wiring of the module board.
