On the local machine, rutoken 2.0 works correctly, on RDP it thinks for 5 minutes for a very long time, and when you open the rutoken panel, you can see the token itself, you can enter the pin code, and when you switch to certificates, it endlessly loads them, and does not load (at the same time on the site is included in the certificate, but for a very long time)

On the rutoken support forum, I came across a post with the same situation as mine. TP replied that the more ping, the further you go through the forest. EDS is not intended for such use, all the best and good mood.
We transferred the server from the cloud to the local piece of hardware, no other solution was found.
