RDP client does not start via Citrix Receiver, how to catch a glitch?

Good time of the day. there is a connection to the citrix reciver, it has an rdp client. The role of the client is mac os 10.14.3, the axis is clean only deployed, there is a second client W10Ent, not very clean but without vira and other shit, only working programs. That on the first wheelbarrow that on the second I successfully log in, but nothing happens on the first or on the second client when the rdp client starts.
