When the sound playback format is low, then when any sound is turned on, noise appears for 10 seconds. If the format is high, then there is a constant quiet squeak. The problem appeared immediately after changing the motherboard, so the problem is most likely in the built-in sound card. Generally no idea what to do.
When I turn off the sound on the computer, the squeak does not disappear anywhere.

This is solved by using an external sound card and a USB galvanic isolation device.
The problem is caused by poor motherboard design.

Boot from a live flash drive (if it is not possible to install another OS on the same hardware for a while), you can, for example, puppy rus, where the sound usually works on almost any sound system right away. Well, it will be clear if the sound is normal there, then the problem is in the OS and drivers, if the problems are the same there, then in the motherboard. As an option in this case - put a PCI (ex) sound card, or even USB.

У меня на одном из компов до сих пор работает Creative Sound Blaster Live! 1024, с 2003 года кочует с компа на комп. Проблем нет, кроме одного глюка, если при воспроизведении вытащить или вставить что-то в разъём (выход), может повиснуть и иногда комп целиком вешает.
