How to effectively check the existence of documents in Google Drive?

Description of the situation:
You have an old full backup of the local Google Drive folder made by Cobian Backup.
The backup directory contains many files (more than 1000) in Google Docs format with extensions *.gdoc, *.gsheet, etc. It is clear that in the files there is nothing but a link to the location of the document in Google Drive. There is this account GD. The files there have long been mixed up: some have been deleted completely, some are in the GD trash, some have been moved to another folder, some are in the same place, some are no longer shared.
Task:
Restore documents from a local backup to a separate folder on Google Drive and check their validity (existence) on the current GD.
