Converting to HEX did not work, I opened the binary with the HEX editor, nothing too, there is no Russian text, although in theory it should be. Who needs it - I can give the firmware file, MB than unpack

google the manufacturer's firmware format, why did you decide that this is an archive? Doesn't really look like an archive, more like just binary data
