How to edit the .mhx firmware file?

There is a firmware file for the microcontroller in the .mhx format and it needs to be edited, but I can’t find which program, maybe there are people who have already encountered this issue.

Motorola HEX format can be opened with a hex editor like WinHex, 010 Editor, etc.
I would first convert to BIN format, edit the "raw" image, and then, if necessary, convert back to MHX
