How to edit templates correctly?

Hello.
We take a project on django, before that we never had any actions with it.
Go study the documentation - it's all clear, but you need to immediately harness yourself and make changes, so I ask for help.

As far as I understand, all the layout is scattered among the templates in the templates folder.
I need to change the main page template and the header
found the /templates/main/home.html and /templates/parts/header.html files, I
make changes, but everything remains the same in the browser.

Yes any nuances? Maybe some kind of cache that needs to be reset or start repackaging the content? I have been suffering for 1.5 hours, but things are still there
