How to edit page content through Elementor plugin and where to find it?

Good day. Met with WordPress since 2010. Everything somehow became difficult)
I don’t understand where I can edit the content of the page.
The site has Woocommerce installed and the Elementor plugin for editing.

I want to edit the page https://www.goodch.ru/sluzhba-dostavki/nazad-v-sssr/
When you enter the admin panel, you can click on "Edit in Elemntor" from above, as a result I get the ability to edit. As soon as I click on a section, this appears: [product_category per_page="12" paginate=true category="sdelano-v-sssr"].

As I understand it, this is a kind of page variable. Where can I find it, how can I edit/add/remove something from here?

I go to "Pages > All Pages", find the page, click "Edit", suggest "Edit in Elementor" and I get back to where I started.

Content inserted via shortcode. Look for the plugin through which this shortcode was created. It can be called Shortcoder or something like that.
If this is not the case, then look through all the admin items unknown to you and look for something related to "sdelano-v-sssr" there.
