How to edit module settings if the visual editor does not work?

Hello!
We need to set up the news.list module, but the visual editor doesn't work. I can't edit the page and modules from the front. How to edit the settings of this module on a specific page? Maybe in the database or some other options?

1. Go to the page with the component.
2. In the top admin panel, click the button on the right to switch to edit mode.
3. After reloading the page, hover over the area with the component, then double-click on the area or click on the gear that appears and the "Component Settings" button.
