Bitrix. Move JS files to the end of the template. Why don't the scripts work then?

In the settings I turn on "Move all Javascript to the end of the page"
Then the JS library falls off.

I connect first Bootstrap then Slinky via

Asset::getInstance()->addJs(SITE_TEMPLATE_PATH . "/js/myscripts.js");

But Slinky stops working. What could be the problem? Where to dig?
